**Job Description**

This role supports carpentry crews on commercial construction projects across the Rochester area and Western New York. You assist with a wide range of construction and carpentry tasks on active job sites, helping teams meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist carpenters and construction crews at various commercial job sites across the Rochester area and Western New York.
+ Perform carpentry-related tasks, including framing, drywall work, and trim, under the direction of experienced carpenters and supervisors.
+ Support the setup, operation, and breakdown of work areas on commercial, industrial, hospitality, and educational construction projects.
+ Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
