The Job:

A progressive arable farming business is seeking a Skilled Operator to support cereal production across a well-managed operation near Ipswich. This is a hands‑on role focused on all aspects of the arable cycle, from cultivation through to harvest. You will play a key part in maintaining high standards of crop production while operating modern machinery and supporting efficient day‑to‑day farm operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tractors and machinery for cultivation, drilling, spraying and harvesting
• Carry out day‑to‑day tasks across cereal crops including wheat and barley
• Assist with fertiliser and crop protection applications
• Maintain machinery, including basic servicing and repairs
