Job Purpose
The Skilled Technician / Waterproofing is responsible for carrying out waterproofing works for roofs, basements, wet areas, tanks, and other structures to prevent water leakage and ensure long-term structural protection.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform waterproofing applications on roofs, walls, basements, bathrooms, water tanks, and other structures
- Apply waterproofing membranes, coatings, sealants, and chemical treatments as per project requirements
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, leveling, and repairing cracks before application
- Conduct leak detection and rectification works
