Opportunity Description
The Skills Engagement Manager supports the implementation and coordination of Skills Development Partnership (SDP) initiatives between the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
The role focuses on facilitating collaboration across agencies, tracking programme performance, managing stakeholder engagement, and supporting the development and dissemination of Jobs‑Skills Insights and resources. The incumbent contributes to advancing Singapore’s workforce transformation by strengthening the SkillsFuture ecosystem through skills articulation, aggregation, and recognition efforts.
This position requires an experienced industry practitioner with demonstrated expertise in skills development, courseware design, and training or consultancy within the green/sustainability, trade, investment and internationalisation domains.
