What you will be doing:
Safely operate and manage vessel operations in compliance with maritime regulations.Oversee mooring, towing pens, and installation of nets and pen rigging.Coordinate crane operations and rigging activities.Ensure smooth fish farming operations, including pen maintenance and site logistics.Lead and mentor crew members, fostering a positive and safety-focused culture.What you will need:
