Mancan Staffing, in partnership with a distinguished company in Caldwell, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Slitter Operator. Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Slitter Operator will be responsible for the efficient setup and operation of slitting machines, performing quality checks, labeling and packaging finished rolls, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with job safety analyses (JSA’s), production schedules, setup instructions, operating procedures, and quality specifications.

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and adhere to all JSA’s, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Set up the slitter to process products according to customer specifications.
- Load rolls of Work in Process (WIP) onto the machine and properly thread the machine.
