At Paws Indoors , our days aren’t about squeezing in as many consults as possible. Instead, we’ve created a way of working that lets vets slow down, listen, investigate properly, and form genuine relationships with pets and their owners .

We’re an independent mobile veterinary practice serving Norwich and the surrounding Norfolk countryside , bringing veterinary care directly into pets’ homes. Our approach allows us to see animals in the environment where they are most comfortable, while also giving our vets the space to practise thoughtful, relationship-based medicine .

With fewer daily appointments, a supportive team , and a culture that prioritises work-life balance and clinical autonomy , this is a role for a vet who wants to enjoy their work again .
