Small Business Sales Specialist

The Role
The Small Business Analyst/Specialist partners with the assigned sales team to drive growth in the Under 100 markets, supporting Small Business Solutions (SBS) and broader U100 initiatives. This role serves as a U100 market specialist, enhancing small business operations through comprehensive analysis, strategic support, and the implementation of advanced solutions tailored to brokers, GAs, and SMBs.
This position reports to the Region Director and works closely with Account Executives in the U100 segment.
The role is located in the Philadelphia PA or NYC area.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Execution
* Assist the sales team in developing expertise in U100 and SBS platforms.
* Conduct training to increase knowledge of MetLife’s U100 and SBS offerings.
* Advise sales partners on value‑added strategies that optimize U100 business with intermediaries and customers.
