SME Channel Manager
The SME Channel Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the SME Dealers and driving gross revenue from the dealers for the department and division. This role involves providing sales and portal training, creating sales funnels, and developing Go to Market initiatives with the dealers for projects and larger business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the individual sales target for assigned dealers.
- Develop and manage assigned dealers’ sales business performance.
- Motivate dealers' sales staff to deliver sales targets.
- Conduct monthly training modules to refresh dealer knowledge about Maxis packages, selling skills, and solution business.
- Strengthen the area through tactical activities such as roadshows and seminars to achieve maximum market share.
