Position Description:
•Act as SME for HRM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruitment)
• Understand and validate end-to-end business processes
• Perform fit-gap analysis and support ERP configuration validation
• Ensure compliance with HR policies & regulations
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
• Design and execute test cases for ERP applications (Sanity, Integration, Regression)
• Identify and guide the team on complex business scenarios across HRM workflows
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity, especially for payroll and Tax transactions
• Coach the team on the HRM workflows
• Review the existing Test suits and recommend the required revisions to ensure quality testing.
• Perform end-to-end testing, report and track defects to closure.
