SMT Quality Control Engineer III – RCCA/NPI

Advanced Energy is seeking a Quality Control Engineer - SMT to join our team in Rosario, Batangas. This role focuses on driving product and process quality excellence in Surface Mount Technology manufacturing operations, ensuring achievement of yield and On-Time, In-Full (OTIF/OATF) targets.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and have 5-10 years of experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing. Key responsibilities include leading root cause analysis, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting new product introductions and transfers to mass production.
