What you’ll do:
- Audit and submit Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO claims
- Assist patients and families with billing questions—on the phone and in person
- Proactively manage delinquent accounts and set up reasonable payment plans
- Prepare accounts for collections when necessary, always with dignity and respect
- Must have: SNF billing experience + strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and HMO billing rules ...
