Snr Commercial Attorney - Irene, Centurion

Our client in Irene, Centurion which provides expert legal services within the sphere of corporate and commercial law, intellectual property law and conveyancing, notarial and property law, is looking for a Senior Commercial Attorney.

Non-litigious corporate and commercial law. Pure commercial law experience (litigation experience will NOT be an advantage).

Experience:

Senior Commercial Attorney: +- 6 years post article experience
Knowledge on M&A's very important
 
Qualifications and Requirements:

LLB and BCom (finance) degrees
LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous

Strong contract drafting skills

Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&A’s, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.)
