The Snr Manager/ Asst Director, EIPIC will work closely with the Head of Division to drive service development and oversee the implementation of the divisional operations
Responsibilities
Management, Planning and Service Implementation
- Assist the Division Head in developing and implementing short- and long-term plans, initiatives, and practices for quality Early Intervention services at SPD. Stay updated on sector trends, addressing service gaps, and building professional capability within the division.
- Support the Division Head in aligning division goals and service delivery with organisational strategy, ensuring achievement of agreed outputs and outcomes. Responsibilities include manpower planning, budgeting, and monitoring performance and risk.
