SOC Analyst: Incident Response & Security Monitoring

Auxis is looking for a SOC Analyst in Bogotá to manage and support client operating systems and ensure security threat incident response. You will perform L1/L2 troubleshooting, monitor system availability, and work with the IT Service Desk to resolve issues effectively.

The ideal candidate should possess English and Spanish communication skills, with at least one year of relevant experience in IT security and basic knowledge of ITIL. Familiarity with security protocols, log processing, and various security appliances is preferred.
