SoC Power Thermal Performance Val and Opt Engineer (Temporary Position)

Position: Pre-silicon Power & Performance Engineer (1-year contract) – Mexico, Guadalajara. This role focuses on verifying RTL implementation for Intel's next-generation high-performance CPUs and interfaces, ensuring end-to-end power-performance correlation.

• Develop validation strategies, plans and methodologies in collaboration with designers, architects, manufacturing and pre-silicon teams.
• Enable test content for pre-silicon power-performance validation and develop automation software/tools for debugging.
• Execute validation plans, perform root-cause debugging and provide robust design fixes.
• Use simulation and emulation environments to produce test results and report findings, including product risk/health assessment from a power and performance standpoint.
• Deliver high-quality output against deadlines and collaborate effectively across sites.
