CORU registered or in the process of registering
Previous experience in social care or a similar support role (preferred but not essential).
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required. Full clean driving licence.
Experience in team leading or taking on leadership responsibilities within a care environment.
Supporting young adults with Autism, ADHD, and complex mental health needs.
Experience working with individuals affected by addiction.
