Social Development Specialist - Istanbul North Rail Crossing Project (INRAIL)

The SocialDevelopment Specialist shall satisfy the requirements mentioned below.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social science such as sociology, anthropology, law or discipline relevant to the assignment.
• At least five (5) years of general experience in social development field.
• At least two (2) years of specific experience in the fields of social impact and risk assessment, stakeholder consultation, organizing and conducting social surveys and reporting, preparing, and implementing resettlement plans, livelihood restoration plans and stakeholder engagement plans with full experience on the international standards of IFIs/ECAs such as World Bank ESF, IFC Guidelines and Performance Standards, Equator Principles or EBRD PRs.
• At least one year (1) of specific experience in designing and implementing social risk mitigation measures, stakeholder engagement plans, and gender-sensitive strategies.
