About the Role

We're looking for a Social Graphic Designer to lead and elevate our social design function. This role sits at the intersection of creative leadership, design execution, and social strategy . You'll oversee our social designers, partner closely with the Social and Creative teams, and ensure every brand we touch shows up visually strong, consistent, and platform-native across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll still design, but you'll also set the standard — guiding designers, shaping workflows, reviewing work, and ensuring our social content feels thoughtful, elevated, and performance-minded.
