Hays is presenting a unique opportunity to support the affordable housing team of an excellent regional firm with a rapidly growing national presence. Our client acts for national and regional Registered Providers; private sector clients including housebuilders and residential investment clients; and for public sector clients including Local Authorities and NHS Trusts. They are looking for an experienced associate to join their Leeds team who will cover a varied caseload of work including estate set-up and management, land/property development, securitisation and affordable housing as well as land resales and grant schemes.
Your work will involve the negotiation of conditional contracts and development agreements, joint ventures, large-scale portfolio acquisitions, as well as advising on affordable housing planning obligations, disposals and securitisations, site set-ups, asset management and the viability of mixed-use and residential...
