Social Housing Solicitor, NQ-3 Years PQE, Birmingham, £Competitive + Excellent Benefits (DOE). We are looking for a motivated Social Housing Solicitor to join a highly regarded team in Birmingham, working with Registered Providers and other housing sector clients on a broad range of contentious and advisory matters. THE ROLE

• You will be responsible for managing your own caseload with the support of senior colleagues while advising clients on a wide variety of housing management matters.
• The role offers a balance of litigation, advisory work and client contact, providing excellent exposure across all aspects of social housing law.
• Handle possession proceedings involving rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, unlawful occupation, succession disputes and tenancy breaches.
• Prepare and obtain injunctions, including emergency applications, access injunctions and tenancy enforcement orders.
