This role reports to our VIP Customer Communications Manager and is pivotal in monitoring and shaping our digital presence, blending real-time social listening with proactive engagement. By utilising moderation tools and analytics to foster healthy online ecosystems, manage reputation, and provide actionable feedback to leadership.
