We’re seeking an experienced Social Listening & Reputation Specialist to join our VIP Customer Communication team in Barcelona. This role reports to our VIP Customer Communications Manager and is pivotal in monitoring and shaping our digital presence, blending real-time social listening with proactive engagement. By utilising moderation tools and analytics to foster healthy online ecosystems, manage reputation, and provide actionable feedback to leadership.

In this role, you will collaborate with peers across SEO, PR, and Social Media. In a fast-moving and multi-disciplinary environment, your task is to cultivate a “wall of credibility” that protects our reputation and drives long-term customer trust.
