Social Media & Community Manager (UK)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Social Media & Community Manager to lead Momcozy’s social media, community and forum strategy in the UK.

This role will be responsible for building a strong and engaged community of parents and parents-to-be through compelling, locally relevant content and meaningful conversations. You will own the end-to-end management of our social channels, online communities and key parenting forums, helping to grow brand awareness, strengthen customer loyalty and drive traffic and conversion.

You will also play a key role in gathering consumer insights and translating them into actionable recommendations for our Brand, Product and E-commerce teams.
