Qualifications & Experiences
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Fresh graduates to 1 year of experience in social media, marketing, or creative production
- Prior experience in retail, F&B, startups, or creative agencies is preferred
- Experience managing content or campaigns on Tik Tok or XiaoHongShu is a bonus
- Excellent understanding of social media management and strategies
- Background in content creation (talent, shooting & editing)
- Proven track record of creating viral content, with a portfolio of successful videos
- Good copywriting skills
- Possess own transport
- Creative & original thinker, with the ability to produce content that is out of the box
- Execution-driven, proactive, and high attention to detail
