Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms.
• Assist in leading campaigns and projects across a range of social media channels, producing engaging content, analyzing usage data, building client relationships and facilitating customer service.
• Assist maintaining the Social Media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn etc).
• Assist in monitoring, tracking, analyzing and reporting on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
• Sending out PR materials & helping with media outreach and research.
• Research and evaluate the latest tools and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
• Assist making blogs.
• Contributing to company-wide marketing and social media initiatives.
