The Social Media Manager will be responsible for building, engaging, and growing our clients online communities with a strong focus on driving traffic and conversions to their e-commerce platforms and third-party marketplaces. This role sits at the intersection of content, social engagement, and performance, ensuring that community initiatives directly support commercial goals.
Working closely with marketing, content, and performance teams, the Social Media Manager will help translate brand presence into measurable marketplace growth through organic engagement, campaigns, and community-led initiatives.
