As a Social Media Senior Associate within Consumer & Community Banking you will support the ongoing management and optimization of the Ambassador Program for our community managers in Consumer & Community Banking (CCB). Chase Community Managers are on-the-ground leaders who build local relationships and deliver community programming-connecting customers and neighbors to financial education, resources, and Chase experts through events and partnerships.
