Opportunity Description
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and publishing content on our social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The objective is to grow our audience, build brand awareness and ultimately boost sales. The Social Media Specialist role also includes video editing supporting and the Makita Canada YouTube account. This individual will create monthly launch campaigns, support digital marketing iniatives, and collaborate with internal e-commerce partners to deliver our digital marketing objectives. This position is based in Makita Canada's Head Office in Whitby, Ontario.
