We're looking for a Social Media Video Editor who can do two things exceptionally well: craft high-conversion Tik Tok content and produce performance-driven ad creatives built to generate leads and drive sales across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Tik Tok.
Cut multiple ad variants from a shared footage pool, testing different hooks, formats, and CTAs.
Edit fast-paced, thumb-stopping Tik Tok content that feels native to the platform — not like an ad.
Apply direct-response editing principles : strong hooks in the first 2–3 seconds, clear value props, social proof integration, and hard-hitting CTAs.
