Job Description

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivery, enjoys working with people, and brings strong experience across Social Value and Social Sustainability.

This is a field-based role with regular travel across Wales (4–5 times per week), requiring a UK driving licence. ISS will cover travel and accommodation where needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and manage the ISS Social Value Plan for designated regions.
  • Oversee regional social value commitments throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Support additional locations while collaborating with fellow Social Sustainability Advisors and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead regional project planning and ensure timely delivery of initiatives aligned to the Social Sustainability Implementation Strategy.
  • Collect and report all qualitative and quantitative regional social value data against KPIs.
