Pay Rate: £35 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Hospital Discharge team based in Barnsley.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will:

Support hospital discharge planning and implementation

Conduct daily visits across the Barnsley borough

Work on-site at least 3 days per week, with flexibility for additional days

Respond to short-notice requirements locally
