Responsibilities You will assist in maintaining vulnerable people in the community by providing a range of care management tasks. These include the assessment of individual need, the negotiation of flexible packages of care, and the monitoring and reviewing of individual care packages. The Individual You will have knowledge of Adult Support and Protection legislation.
