Social Worker Educator, Adult Guardianship and Vulnerable Adults

The salary range for this position is CAD $50.19/Hr. - CAD $62.69/Hr.

The hours of work, including start and stop times, days off, work area and work site, may be subject to change consistent with operations requirements and applicable provisions of the Collective Agreement and statutes. Testing may be required. A criminal record check may be required.

Reporting to the Site Lead for Social Work at St. Paul’s Hospital, and collaborating with Social Work Site Leaders across sites/programs and/or the Research, Education and Practice Coordinator.

• Supports Providence Health Care (PHC) inter‑professional programs/teams as the adult protection educator and subject matter expert
• Provides clinical education, consultation, and support to ensure organizational compliance with the Adult Guardianship Act (AGA)
