Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Neighbourhood Team based in Trafford.
What will your responsibilities be?
The teams support adults with various needs, including:
Long-term conditionsPreparing for adulthood
Adults at risk due to drug or alcohol abuse
Hoarding behaviour
Dementia
The role is for a skilled and motivational social worker.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting social work assessments and interventionsUsing a strength-based and person-centred approach
Additional duties involve:
Responding effectively to safeguarding enquiriesEnsuring compliance with the Care Act and local policies and procedures
