Social Worker – Older People- Up to £46,400
NonStop care is currently working a well-established local authority in East Berkshire area who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Neighbourhood team.
Due to high staff retention and the offer of an ongoing contract you will be joining a stable work force with experienced staff helping you along the way.
In this Hybrid role you will only need to travel for the cases and any reviews or meetings, allowing for you to effectively manage your work load and improve your work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing social care services to elderly individuals within the community.
Your role will involve assessing the needs of older people, developing care plans, and coordinating support services to ensure their well-being and quality of life.
