Social Worker

Responsibilities
Manage client cases through comprehensive information gathering and psychosocial assessments Deliver casework and counselling services to individuals with mental health conditions and dementia, alongside their caregivers, as part of care requirements. Plan and execute community outreach initiatives, group activities, and programmes Conduct evaluations and prepare reports to assist administrative reviews and intervention strategies Provide information and referral support to connect clients with relevant social service resources Participate in research projects and data collection efforts to enhance service quality and programme development Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work Registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant professional association Prior experience in casework, counselling, or community work is preferred Strong organizational skills and proficiency in report writing
