Software Dev Engineer - AI/ML, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME)

Description
The FactoryAI team is responsible for the development and deployment of agents that automate the workflow from business requirements through factory new product introduction deployment. This involves building agents, working with AI/ML such as VLM/VLA/LLMs that drive robotic automation in manufacturing.

Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Design scalable AI/ML solutions (C#, C, C++, Python); build agents transforming business requirements into automation sequences for multi-DOF robotic stations.
- Deploy agentic workflows for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and adaptive process control.
- Integrate computer vision and deep learning for AOI, defect classification, and quality assurance. d. Build agentic AI leveraging VLM, VLA, and multi-agent frameworks to plan, execute, and monitor manufacturing tasks.
