Rate/Salary: Hays is recruiting a Software Developer for a Northern Ireland–based organisation offering hybrid working. This role is an initial 6‑month contract, with the intention to move to a permanent position for the right candidate.
The RoleYou’ll join an agile engineering team, building and enhancing modern applications across frontend and backend technologies.Key responsibilities include:

Developing applications using React, Python, and MongoDB

Writing clean, maintainable code and contributing to system improvements

Collaborating with developers to solve technical problems
