Software Engineer (SRE)

You will be a reliability engineer that will work with IT teams to provide operation and project support. You must be able to communicate well with both internal and external partners. Observability and Proactive Monitoring of log files, system and application health. Installation, configuration and management of monitoring tools. Implementation, enhancement and integration of monitoring solutions to ensure proactive monitoring and improve business and operational processes. Analysis of data and generation of dashboards and reports for operational insights. Automation of day-to-day operational activities (20%). Automation of day-to-day task using Ansible / Jenkins/ Shell scripting /Power Shell/ Python. Support for reliability engineering (20%). Support service request for reliability section.
