**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

+ 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with deepproficiencyin at least one modern programming language

+ 3+ years of engineering management experience, directly managing software engineers

+ Proventrack recordof delivering complex software products on time and at scale
