**MANTECH** seeks a career and customer-oriented **Software Engineering Team Lead** to join our team. This is an onsite position at customer locations in **Reston, VA or Washington, D.C.** with potential for occasional remote work.
The Software Engineering Team Lead serves as a senior-level professional providing deep technical expertise in software development, AI/ML systems, and applications operations management. In this role, you will direct a multi-disciplinary team of engineers developing, migrating, and maintaining mission-critical applications for intelligence analysis and warfighting capabilities.
