Opportunity Description
As a Software Trainer, you'll teach our clients how to use the software we provide. You'll do this by teaching them how to get more customers and increase their business. You'll be required to complete training programs for new users on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
- Conducting Seminars and workshops to educate employees on the software, including how to use the program’s features and functions
- Providing onsite customer support for users of the software, such as answering questions about how to use the software or troubleshooting problems
- Creating computer training materials such as slides, text, and other visual that can be used to teach others how to use a piece of software
