Summary This position is located at the NRCS Alaska State Office in Palmer, Alaska. This position is responsible for the financial program, fund management, and quality control for Farm Bill Programs in Alaska, including the: Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP), Conservation Innovation Grants (CIG), Conservation Security Program (CSP), Easements, and Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) including RCPP-EQIP, RCPP-CSP, and RCPP Land Management & Rental (LMR) contracts. . Responsibilities Establishes and maintains working relationships w/ the media, federal, borough, government units, tribal entities, professional societies, community organizations, environmental interest groups, and state and local conservation organizations. Analyzes and coordinates NRCS programs and activities to promote the most effective utilization of available resources.
