Opportunity Description
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solar Site Construction Manager to lead field operations for medium-to-large solar construction projects. This person oversees on‑site execution from mobilization through commissioning and is the primary liaison between the field, vendors and subcontractors. The Site Construction Manager ensures projects are built safely on schedule and in accordance with quality standards and in compliance with all contract documents. The Site Construction Manager communicates with the project management team to ensure field and office operations are consistent and operating at the same pace.
This position is full-time, exempt, project site based.
