This is a unique opportunity to shape a specialist department, develop client relationships, and play a key role in the firm's strategic expansion.


What you'll do:

  • Advise on education matters, including SEND, EHCPs, exclusions and safeguarding

  • Support schools, academies and local authorities on governance and compliance

  • Develop and deliver a strategic business plan to grow the practice

    • About you:

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 8 years' PQE in education law

  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and business-minded

  • Proven ability to build client relationships and generate work
