Solution Architect Coach — Training & Community Lead

Altherias is seeking a Solution Architect Coach focused on fostering employee growth and maintaining training materials. The role includes coaching employees to ensure they meet their responsibilities and can apply their expertise effectively.

The position is located in Halle with a flexible work arrangement of 3 days office and 2 days remote. Dutch fluency is essential and English is a nice to have, contributing to the development of the IT Architect community through organizing events.
