Opportunity Description
Responsibilities: Solutions delivered on time and on budget. Perform maintenance on time. Provide timely and satisfactory issues resolutions. Conduct training, presentation to internal and external customers. Manage internal and external customers. During Solutions Delivery Phase: At site survey to ensure infra and network is in accordance to solutions requirements. Install, Configure solutions at sites. Manage User Acceptance testing at sites. Conduct User training at sites. Document handover items for customers at sites. During Maintenance Phase: Ensure all delivered solutions are in operation. At site or remote to support and troubleshoot issues related to the delivered solutions. At site to perform solutions preventative action, monthly patching or upgrade. At site testing and delivery of Samsung devices. Work closely with the HQ Technical Support & R&D for critical issues escalation and VOC compilation.
