Solution Owner

Working as part of the LHH IT Team, the Solution Owner is responsible for helping to implement innovations and improvements that align to our Delivery vision. Reporting Relationships Reports directly to: SVP, Business Services Direct Reports: None Location: US - Remote Travel: Minimal travel may be required Key Accountabilities Vision & Strategy Alignment – Align solution vision/roadmap to LHH Delivery strategy and Adecco ITD strategy needs by partnering with assigned stakeholders in key functional areas and cross‐functional teams. Influence proactive and scalable delivery standards. Delivery Alignment – Define scope and acceptance criteria of proposed improvements; resolve ambiguity; make timely trade‐off decisions to meet business commitments and keep teams moving forward delivering business value.
