Texas Instruments is seeking a Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Siemens Plant Simulation (PlantSIM). The candidate will be responsible for building, analyzing, and optimizing manufacturing and supply chain simulation models to drive efficiency, productivity, and digital transformation initiatives.

+ Develop, validate, and maintain discrete event simulation models using PlantSIM for manufacturing plants and supply chain processes.
+ Execute end-to-end simulation projects — from requirement gathering, scoping, model building, validation, to insights presentation.
+ Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements in production lines, logistics, and supply chain networks.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, supply chain, IT, operations excellence) to integrate simulation insights into decision-making.
